Booking and calendars
Availability, booking pages and reminders, with the two details that decide whether a reminder helps or annoys: whose time zone it is, and whether it still applies.
The recipient time zone is the one that matters
A reminder is scheduled against the contact time zone, not the business one. An appointment reminder that arrives at 4am because the office is five hours away is worse than no reminder.
Where the time zone is unknown, a send can be held until a permitted local window rather than fired immediately.
Reminders cancel themselves
When an appointment is moved or cancelled, its pending reminders go with it. A reminder for an appointment that no longer exists is the kind of small wrongness that costs trust quickly.
Round-robin and capacity
Availability can be pooled across a team with a round-robin, or scoped to one person, and each has its own buffer and daily cap.
It writes back
A booking is a record on the contact, visible in the inbox thread and available to the automation engine as a trigger - booked, rescheduled, missed.
See it on your data
A working session against your own contacts and your own sequences, not a scripted tour.
