Pricing

Two things are billed. A subscription for the platform, charged for the period ahead. And usage we pay a carrier or a provider for - messages, calls, numbers - drawn from a balance you top up before it is spent, so a busy month cannot become a bill you did not agree to.

What each plan includes

This table is the only place on this site that says which plan a benefit is on. Any other page that mentions one links back here rather than restating the terms, because two copies of an eligibility rule drift and the reader finds out at the worst possible moment.

What is metered

• Text messages and calls, at the carrier's rate for the destination, plus our margin.
• Phone numbers, per number per month.
• Voice AI minutes, where you use them, billed by the started minute.
• Everything else - contacts, users, automations, pipelines - is in the subscription.

Usage draws down the balance. When the balance reaches zero, usage-billed sending stops. Email keeps working, because losing your cheapest channel over a billing lapse is out of proportion to the problem.

Cancellation

Cancel from Settings, under Billing; the exact steps are shown there. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

We will not describe that flow with a number on this page until the flow itself reports one. A marketing description of cancellation that the shipped product contradicts is a specific thing we watched a competitor do, and it is checked by this site's own test suite rather than by a reviewer remembering.

Compliance tooling

Every plan includes the outbound gate, consent records, delivery receipt reconciliation and support for registering your traffic with the carriers. What that tooling does is described on the compliance page; what it does not do is described in the Terms, and those two documents are written to agree.
