What shipped and when. Dated, specific, and including removals - a changelog that only lists additions is a marketing feed.

What goes in it

Every user-visible change: a new capability, a changed default, a removed feature, a fixed defect that someone noticed. Infrastructure work appears when it changes behaviour and not otherwise.

Each entry is dated by the day it reached customers, not the day it was merged.

The platform has not shipped to a customer, so there is nothing here that would be honest to list. The first entry will be the first release, and it will say what it actually included.

Where incidents go

Availability incidents are on the status page, not here. Mixing them makes both harder to read.
