About

A small team that ran the resold version of this product, wrote down what it could not do, and then spent the time to build the thing underneath.

How it started

We sold client automation to businesses in a handful of trades, on a licensed platform, under our own brand. It worked well enough to build a business on and badly enough to make a list.

The list had a shape. Almost everything on it needed a change to a data model we did not own: an industry vocabulary that was not a custom field bolted on, a consent record the sender could actually read, a workflow version that did not change under a running instance, an isolation guarantee we could describe to a customer without guessing.

What we decided

Building the platform is slower and it is the only way any of that list gets fixed. So the database, the API and the migrations are ours, and the industry packs are data rather than thirteen forks of the same code.

How we work

Every claim on this site is checked against a document or a shipped flow in the same pass that approves the copy, not reconciled with legal afterwards. That is not a value statement - it is a test suite that fails the build, because we read a competitor whose marketing and contract disagreed in three places and decided not to find out the same way.

We publish the isolation mechanism, the incident history, and every version of every legal document, including the ones we replaced.

Who we are for

A business that messages a lot of people about a small number of things: appointments, quotes, follow-ups, reminders. Thirteen trades have that shape, and each of them has its own words for it.
